We hired Walkup several years ago in what was a somewhat complicated wrongful death. My team consisted of Khaldoun Baghdadi, Clifton Smoot, Kelly Ganci and later Conor Kelly. They and their staff did excellent work.
I don't think 20 min went by between my first call to Khaldoun's office and him returning my call. I pretty much decided after a minute or two that I wanted him to represent us. This was not an easy case and involved multiple parties. And some other factors added difficulty. All through this their legal work was second to none. The support staff was also amazing. Our team always kept us informed. Listened to us. And most importantly set our expectations. I always had a good idea of probable outcomes, even if I thought they should be different. At no time was I ever surprised by the results along the way.
I truly value the time I spent with Khaldoun. I cannot overstate how important he was to me during that time. I was very glad to meet fellow City kid Conor and appreciated his excellent work. I also want to give a special thanks to Kelly for all her work. She was with us from start to finish and dealt with us through some stressful times. And especially to Clifton who became our primary contact through much of the case. He is an amazing young lawyer. I was in awe of the amount of excellent work he did on our case. And I know it was not easy.

Can't recommend Walkup Law in general, and Spencer Pahlke specifically, enough. When you get seriously injured in an accident, it's bad enough, but when you realize you may need an injury attorney, you tend to think of ambulance chasers and big-billboard advertisers. When I found myself in that situation, I got ahold of lawyers I know and quizzed them, "who are the high quality lawyers in this field, who you would actually send a family member or friend to?", and that's how I arrived at Walkup Law and Spencer. Unsurprisingly, the whole team was top notch throughout the entire process. Injuries like this are bad enough - if you're in that situation, I can't recommend enough to get ahold of this team and have them help you out.
