I worked with Diana over the course of two years for my divorce case and hired her at a time when I was lost and clueless. While her services are definitely on the expensive side, I felt that the value she brought, especially in high-stress situations, was worth it.

Diana was amazing at helping me get through the tough process of going through my divorce. I was blessed with her helping things go through relatively quickly and with things working out overall positively for me in the end. She heard my situation and gave me good advice on dealing with my ex partner and life in general that helped me make the very tough decisions I had to make to improve my situation. She helped me stay tough and not give in to pressure or unreasonable demands from my ex throughout the whole time. I could just vent and complain about whatever was going on and she was the filter to make everything happen properly. I have now been healing and am hopeful for my future again.
Things could've gotten very complicated and stressful but Diana helped me resolve things with both sides coming to an agreement without going to court or any other issues. She was very responsive and was even taking phone calls while on vacation. Her staff was very helpful too and it felt like we were all a team to get my situation resolved. I completely put my trust in her and had minimal anxiety whenever any tough pressure or responses came from the other side.
Even if you feel like you could do this yourself, there is an ungodly amount of paperwork and processes involved which Diana helped me handle. This process can be worse than taxes, and you need a lawyer like Diana, especially when dealing with a tough and relatively uncooperative ex partner.

After receiving a few good referrals from people who probably never used Diana's services, and reading the Yelp reviews on this page I decided to hire her as my divorce attorney.
My case was pretty straightforward and simple, the main reason I needed an attorney was to help me request information on community property (financial assets) which have to be split between me and my ex spouse and then to assist with completing the divorce process.
Diana took a retainer and promised to help me with my case, stating the amount of retainer given should be approximately covering the full assistance with my case.
After 1+ month of our collaboration in the divorce process she used 90% of the retainer amount while the divorce barely had any progress. Most of the invoices I had from Diana show she billed me for the communication with her - she charged me for every short email and text message, quick calls (a few minutes) were obviously charged as well. Also she billed me for the communication with the counterpart of the divorce process. Which obviously he took advantage of by having regular chats and email correspondence with my attorney. I did not know about that before start receiving the invoices.
There were a few things she helped me with - requested subpoenas, that
initially during our first meeting I asked her to do, and prepared a settlement agreement, that had multiple errors and typos, lately those were corrected by another lawyer.
After analyzing the summary of Diana's help in my story, I decided to terminate Diana from representing my interests in the court and ended up our collaboration.
She still has 10% of the retainer amount I paid her.
However, a few months later her office sent me another invoice that was showing they "keep working" on my case and checking the status of the docs filed. It was not something we agreed on and I never asked her to keep working on my case independently from me. That means not only the leftover from my retainer amount was used, but also now Diana expects me to pay another high bill for her "assistance".
As far as I am aware, my experience working with this attorney is not unique. There are customers like me here in SFBA, those who gave their trust and money to Diana and did not receive promised services, but only unreasonably high bills.
I think most of the issues I had with this lawyer happened due to the lack of transparency and unclear billing from her side. Besides that if she set some clear expectations from the beginning and provided with a careful client onboarding - it would be possible to avoid negative experience and multiple disappointments.
If you are looking for a professional attorney to help with your divorce, keep looking and hope one day you find it.

I took Diana as my lawyer to draft a prenup and modify it according to feedback from myself, my partner (now happy wife), and my partner's lawyer.
The process went very smoothly, despite the time constraint we had. (We were to be married within about 6 weeks.) It was a close call, but we finalized and signed on time. My wife and myself are very satisfied with the prenup, and believe that the process helped us become stronger as a couple.
With that said, I recommend starting 3 months ahead of the wedding date, because the prenup may require several back-and-forth modifications.
Diana has a youtube channel with extremely helpful informational videos. I highly recommend watching every video that applies to your situation and be educated on the topic. It really speeds things up.
It is also a testament to how much she cares about doing things right and efficiently.
The monetary cost of the whole process seemed a bit high compared to other options, but I got what I paid for: high quality work that cannot be undervalued if the prenup is ever needed to be used. (hopefully not of course!)
