Mark Hooshmand and his team helped me incredibly and I highly, highly recommend him. I was a tenant being wrongfully evicted and being treated terribly by my landlord. Mark not only won the lawsuit for me, but, on top of that, from start to finish, he supported me through the entire process and I couldn't have asked for a better professional representation because I don't think there is one that exists out there. Before I started working with Mark, I had spent a couple of months trying to find legal representation and I kept being turned away from law firms because there wasn't enough money in it for them. I remember being in awe when Mark said that he would help me and there were no reservations on his part, after me being rejected by so many firms. When I told Mark this story, I can't remember his exact words but he certainly wasn't doing it for the money. It didn't matter to him how little 'my case' seemed to be, he genuinely wanted to help me and because he is so good, he probably knew he could win. I ended up with a lot more money than I could have asked for and went into this lawsuit more about needing/wanting safety protection than any financial pay off and I certainly got both along with superior representation by Mark and his team.
