Всем доброго времени суток. По приезду в США через Мексику, считал самым важным это документы. Как только нашел жилье и какую-то работу приступил к поиску адвоката.
Спрашивал знакомых, знакомых знакомых, на просторах интернета( там нашел Андрея Романенко и его статью о том как нужно выбирать адвоката), в телеграмм чатах. Отобрал для себя 5 адвокатов и назначил с ними платные консультации ( каждая стоила от $150 до $200) заранее подготовил список вопросов. Самый четкий разговор и точные инструкции без каких-либо (все будет отлично, это мелочи) были от Андрея. Я еще почитал отзывы и решил остановится на нем.
Как только мы заключили договор, сразу получил задания по почте с инструкциями, и они отправили по всем нужным инстанциям необходимые формы и уведомления.
За все время работы мы разговаривали несколько раз перед судебным слушанием при подготовке. Вся работа велась через электронную почту и документы загружали на Гугл диск. По началу мне не нравился такой формат работы ( так как я привык разговаривать, а тем более заплатил деньги и нет возможности поговорить). Потом я подумал так: ведь все нужные формы и бумаги делаются во время, у адвоката много клиентов и если он будет с каждым разговаривать, то у него будет голова постоянно забита вопросами клиентов и их переживаниями. Этапы у клиентов разные, у кого то в это время слушания, это весьма нервное мероприятие требующее холодной головы, спокойствия и сосредоточенности. Поэтому он отвечает на все вопросы по электронной почте, в течении 2 рабочих дней.
Наше слушание было удаленным, и за 20 мин до слушания звонит Андрей со словами: суд перенесли, звонила помощница судьи и предложила две даты, одну через полтора года, а другую через 10 дней ( но по времени Андрея это было 7 утра не рабочее время), он сказал что принял 7 утра. Позже я написал Андрею что благодарю за принятое неудобное для себя время. Он ответил что для него это 2 часа сна а для нас жить еще полтора года в неизвестности. Я в очередной раз убедился в порядочности этого человека ( ведь мог просто сказать что слушание перенесли на полтора года и я бы никогда не узнал о другой дате).
Судья была с 71% отказов имея прокурорское прошлое. Прокурор был таким как можно представить прокурора. Подготовки к суду проходили на высшем тонком психологическом уровне. Одновременно загружая и не перегружая меня. Таким образом Андрей подвел меня к слушанию в нужном психологическом состоянии. В начале слушания я понял как прокурор несколько раз повторил фразу что кейс составлен идеально и у него нет вопросов по кейсу. Что в очередной раз говорит о профессионализме Андрея.
И вот судья вынесла решение, что одобряет наше убежище!!! Ура!!! Победа!!!
Хочу сказать что Андрей в суде вел себя также уверенно и профессионально.
Андрей Романенко в моих глазах является порядочным человеком и профессионалом своего дела на высшем уровне. Однозначно рекомендую. Мое мнение что это судьбоносные для человека дела, и очень важно чтобы представлял Вас человек ответственный и профессиональный.

Доброго времени суток. Вот мы и получили наши green card. Спустя 3 года 3 месяца с момента заезда на территорию США.
Второй этап после суда, с момента подачи на Грин Кард до получения занял ровно 1 год. Возникли некоторые сложности в связи с нашим отношением к некоторым моментам, но Андрей и его команда благополучно справились, не взяв дополнительную плату за новый объем работы.
Хочу поблагодарить Андрея, Ирину за проделанную качественную, добросовестную работу. Хочу отметить что фокус адвоката направлен именно на конечный результат, все документы подаются своевременно и корректно,что очень важно для людей в похожем положении. 1/ Quick start of the work. When choosing an attorney, we considered many factors, evaluations, and recommendations. We contacted several attorneys. Andrey Romanenko's feedback was prompt, and during the initial consultation, we discussed the case, Andrey gave an assessment, and outlined the stages of the work in detail.
2/ Availability for questions, consultations, meetings, etc. Our phone calls were always answered, and we could immediately receive responses and feedback to our inquiries. I should note that many issues are resolved not directly with Andrey, but through his assistants. I emphasize this just in case, as some people might prefer discussing everything directly with the attorney. We found the format of working with the team very convenient; we could contact them anytime with even the simplest but unclear questions. More complex issues were always resolved directly with Andrey.

Many thanks to Andrei Romanenko for the work done. My case and the cases of my whole family were approved. My advice to anyone reading this review is to thoroughly vet attorneys on special resources. I came across lawyers not having a license in my state, and promoted on the Internet lawyers turned out to be crooks so even overpriced almost twice. I am very glad that I found Andrei and his team. Andrei is a little wordy and speaks only on the merits, does not intimidate, does not seek to take you more than you should. He gives clear answers and recommendations. Believe me, it is not an easy task to meet a decent and caring immigration lawyer like Andrei Romanenko.
